On May 31, nine John Deere employees from four countries around the world departed Chiang Mai, Thailand following a month-long international corporate volunteer (ICV) project as part of John Deere’s Inspiring Leadership (IL) program. The team worked with three local organizations involved in the promotion of organic farming and assisted them with issues ranging from marketing to process improvement.
