In March 2013, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded a five year, $4.9 million grant to CDC Development Solutions (CDS) to implement the Supply Chain Development (SCD) Program in the Western Region of Ghana. Through this program, CDS and USAID hope to increase the participation of Ghanaian small and medium enterprises in regional oil and gas sector procurement. Read the full announcement here.
